Le Coteau est un superbe appartement en résidence de 94 m2 avec un jardin d'hiver de 17 m2 et une terrasse de 106 m2 avec vue sur le lac et les alpes. Le lac à 10 minutes à pied pour les amateurs de baignades, la forêt à 3 minutes pour les randonneurs, le supermarché à 1 minute, l'arrêt de bus à moins d'une minute, la gare à 5 minutes et le centre-ville à 10.
