New Haven 601 is all one level on the main floor next to the community elevator. It has a large open living and dining room area. With a view of the ocean from the dining room table and the Master bedroom. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This villa is located on the North end of the island, across the street from the beautiful Ocean Point golf course. Enjoy the island on a golf cart and ride around to see all the deer, alligators, numerous birds and other wildlife the island has to offer.
