There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. Refurbished in 2025, the ‘Annex at Bramble Lodge’ sits in the middle of the village of Stathern and in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir. Stathern is a farming village, hence, we do have tractors, horse boxes and horses etc passing by. Accommodation is a self contained annex all on ground level with its own personal entrance and off road parking. A basic cold breakfast is provided. Guests are welcome to share the use of the rear enclosed garden with the host’s family.

The property is known as the Long Shed, for no better reason than it's nice and long! It sleeps two, but there is plenty of space for you to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons. There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, a hot tub out on the patio (please request), and the views are fantastic. If you fancy getting away from it all and enjoying some peace and quiet, some space and lots of countryside - the Long Shed is perfect.

The Vine Cabin is a hand built snug insulated wooden cabin with woodburner, within sight and sound of the River Wreake where you can use our canoes . Sleeps up to 5 (2 in bunks), basic cooking facilities. Canoe building holidays by arrangement. The built in bunk can take 2 people ( increasing the capacity to 6, but they need to be friendly!!). Please bring sleeping bags for the built in bunk (the other beds have bedding provided)
