Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. This house sits on 6 acres and has amazing views from every window and the large, elevated deck. The house boasts modern design, open concept, tall ceilings, a third story lookout loft, a pool table, and putting green with corn hole. There is a Kokopelli Trail map painted on the wall so you can plan your ride or hike. Relax and hangout indoors and outdoors!
