Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

The Empire Theatre is a 4 minute stroll. The cottage has the added benefit of having parking. Perfectly placed for early morning jogs or cycle rides either along the riverside or the seafront.
