Quiet wooded place located off a main road in town between the Airport and Santa Fe College. NO SMOKING inside. Arriving during daylight hours is recommended. It’s dark at night.

We made this beautiful in-law suite your home away from home! There is on-site parking, a separate entrance, and complete isolation. A 15-minute walk to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium or O'Connell Center. Everything you need for your perfect visit to Gainesville or UF! Our son and his friends are UF students and live in the main house (complete separate entrances/spaces), but they are the cleanest/nicest boys you'll meet, so you'll never worry about wild college parties here!

The unit is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is within easy access to local grocery stores, pharmacies and other amenities.

Your safety and comfort, privacy and peace of mind are my top priorities as your host. This studio space has a private entrance from the side of the garage. It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
