Die letzten Meter bis zum Haus geht man zu Fuss (Treppen!). Der Strand von San Nazzaro ist in wenigen Autominuten erreicht. Vor dem Haus geht der Wanderweg zum Kraftort Sass da Grüm. Ihr Haustier ist herzlich willkommen. Grill, Pergola und Balkon vorhanden.

Die 80m2 grosse Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Bäder und eine Küche mit offenem Wohnraum. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkte Sicht auf den See. (Es kommen pro Aufenthalt am Ende 200.- für die Reinigung dazu.)
