Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Grill while you unwind on the flagstone patio, then cool off in your private in-ground salt water pool. In the mornings, grab a coffee and watch deer wander through the yard.

Everyone will enjoy easy access from this centrally located home. Things to do include Neosho Historic Square, parks & biking trails, bowling, movies, Neosho National Fish Hatchery & Crowder College. Nearby is Route 66, Precious Moments, casinos, airports, Crystal Bridges, University of Arkansas, and minor league baseball. We are within 35 miles of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma. The Black Dog Lodge is located in SE Joplin with easy access to highways, hospitals, MSSU, and Range Line Road shopping and restaurants. This pet friendly home is all set for your furry friend, and you as well! There is plenty of room to set up a board game, relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows, or just enjoy the quite neighborhood with a nice pond view.

Close to town without the crowds. minutes from the crossroads of i49 & i44 we are easy to get to. close to the restaurant district & shopping. setting in the corner of 10 acres at the end of the road. our horses will greet you, expecting a treat… still working on stalls and landscaping, please excuse the mess.

Convenient Country getaway for families

Our home is a spacious family getaway conveniently located right off I49 between Joplin and Neosho. This country farm has plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Please note this house is on a working 90 acre farm and there are other residences on this 90 acres.

So close to Route 66

This renovated space is on the second floor* of an historic downtown building just steps off the original Route 66. *Climbing steps is required. The staircase is wide, solid, with sturdy handrail, and has a landing halfway up. We're happy to help carry luggage, if that's an issue.
