Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two couches and a dining table. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There are two bathroom. There is a veranda with a marble dining table, a sofa and some deck chairs. Outside the house there is a big barbecue and a wood oven.
