Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Guests can enjoy a serene atmosphere, private pond stocked with fish, fire pit, BBQ, walking and biking trails. Arbor lake right behind the cabin also has fishing and a one mile long walking path. Anyone swimming, using the lake or if there are kids under 18, a waiver must be signed upon arrival. 4 Bedrooms, 1 king bed in open basement living space,2 living rooms, and a stocked modern kitchen.

(EAGLE) Contemporary loft in an "historic" building in the heart of downtown Grinnell. Close to the college, restaurants, etc. Full kitchen, heated tile floor in the bathroom, laundry, WIFI, & television with a Fire stick. Experience the charm of city living in a small town.
