Die Zufahrt zu meinem Haus von 100m ist ein Kiesweg. Wichtig für Zugreisende wegen den Rollkoffer. Das Haus liegt am Hang. Die Koffer müssen 40 Treppenstufen hoch getragen werden. Der Preis ist inkl. Kurtaxe (3.00 pro Person pro Tag) und Kehrichtentsorgung. Die gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im OG von meinem Bauernhaus. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Keine Kinder. In der Wohnung liegen viele Flyer auf zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region.

Ob Städtetrip, Bootsrundfahrt oder Bergerlebnis alles ist an einem Tag möglich. Für Familien haben wir zusätzlich ein grossen Aussen-Spielplatz. Die Feuerstelle beim Lindenbaum laden zum geselligen Grillgenuss. Ein Soccertisch im Aufenthaltsraum lockt zum ausgelassenen Spiel.

Welcome to our cozy apartment. You can expect a small but well-equipped accommodation in a quiet location in the immediate neighborhood of a beautiful nature. The apartment is located in the middle between Lucerne and Interlaken. All major attractions such as Engelberg-Titlis, Pilatus, and Jungfraujoch are in the immediate vicinity. It is a good starting point for hiking and biking tours, swimming in the Sarnersee or fishing in the Lake Lungern.

In Brienzwiler, located next to Ballenberg we offer an entire two bedroomed fully equipped sunny first floor chalet apartment with separate entrance including free parking. The apartment sleeps four in two generous bedrooms. There are magnificent views across the valley of the Oltschibach water fall and of the mountains. Besides our village shop, we are close to shopping and restaurants in Brienz, Meiringen and Interlaken.

Sie können direkt zur Ferienunterkunft fahren. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Wanderwege und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. der Ballenberg. Einkaufen können Sie im Dorf das etwa 2,5 km entfernt ist. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Parkplätze und hat Platz für 6 Personen.
