Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Meadow Wood annex is on the outskirts of Combe Florey, a pretty conservation village at the foot of the Quantock Hills. It is a small self contained annex with parking and its own entrance, set in an idyllic position surrounded by fields and woodlands in glorious walking country. It comprises of a Kitchen/diner, bedroom (with room for a travel cot) and a bathroom. A thatched 15th century village pub, serving local ales and excellent food, is only 5 minutes walk alongside a babbling brook.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Our accommodation is completely self contained with its own private entrance. Situated in a busy suburb of North Cardiff and within 5 minutes easy walking distance of shops/coffee bars/restaurants and great links into the City Centre and events.
