Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

Large soaker tub to relax and unwind in, Stocked pond for fishing. Located in the hills outside of Wellsville above the Ohio River. You won’t need 4 wheel drive but take your time and enjoy the scenery on the windy gravel path through the hills and hollers.

"Rest A While". Enjoy our private guest suite that features a large main living area where the kitchenette and dining area are also located, a separate bedroom and private bath. This suite is located on the lower level of our raised ranch and requires the ability to use six steps. Check yourself in at the private front entrance with keypad. Driveway parking spot with paved lighted walkway to the entrance.
