All towels,linens,cooking utensils, dinnerware,etc included.

We’re offering a comfortable, pet and kid-friendly, A-frame log cabin surrounded by 30 acres of pristine Appalachian woodland to explore and hike. We also have a 6 acre front yard complete with a 1 acre pond you are welcome to fish and relax by. After a long day enjoying all the rustic beauty and small town charm that Vermont has to offer, you can warm yourself by our pellet stove which heats both floors of our over 1,600 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 full baths home. 6 guests max [infants included].

Ann’s Schoolhouse is a beautiful Historic Schoolhouse built in 1901 and nestled in the green mountains of Vermont. Complete with the original school bell, chalk board and desks from 1901 you'll take a trip back in time when you visit! You and your family will love the quiet serenity as you sit by the fire pit and take in the views. This cozy home is perfect for your family vacation or event, couples weekend away or a friends trip. Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!

Our home, situated on 50 acres of pristine Vermont forest, was originally built in 2001 and renovated in 2018. The land on which it is built has been in our family for 3 generations and features sweeping vistas of beautifully forested Vermont mountains. Lounge on the large wrap around deck as you barbeque your favorite meal, enjoy a beverage, take in breathtaking sunsets! This is a great place for families.
