Rosebud Annex - self-contained in Goathland

This lovely two room self-contained, doggy friendly annex is located to the rear of our home, a charming 200 yr old cottage in the heart of Goathland (Aidensfield) Village. You have a private entrance, parking and an enclosed private garden and patio. The annex is all ground floor and is made up of two main rooms; a kitchen/living room and a bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. We are located in the centre of the village just a short stroll aways from the village shops, tea rooms and pubs.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Keepers Cottage Egton Bridge

Keepers Cottage is part of the Old Mill, and is a highly commended cottage located at Egton Bridge, which is a North York Moors National Park conservation area, on the coast to coast path near to the coastal town of Whitby and ideal for exploring the moors, the Yorkshire Coast, including Scarborough, Bridlington, Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay. In addition Malton, Pickering and the City of York. North York Moors is officially designated as Dark Skies Reserve right on our door step.

Country Manor House - Nr Richmond North Yorkshire

No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. There are 3 large reception rooms, 2 open log fires, and approximately 1/2 an acre of gardens. There is private parking for 8 vehicles.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.

Harwood Cottage is a very cosy self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park set in 150 acres of a private estate. It is central to all the local costal towns like Whitby and Scarborough. It is perfect for couples as it is very private and secluded location yet just a 10-15 minute drive to the local towns. Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave).
