Rural area 20 minutes from Placerville. Surrounded by 25 Wineries in Somerset and Fairplay. Apple Hill 20 minutes. Rivers, lake, hiking trails all close by. Skiing 45 minutes Choice of good restaurants, Great grocery store, all minutes away. Spacious living, In-Law unit located below my home. Separate and completely private. Patio, yard, parking and entry door, all private and separate. Gated security. Sheep and Tortoises live here. Welcome to visit them. I can provide treats to feed.

Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. Peace and quite relaxation. Great place to work remotely or to rest or play. New queen mattress. Come on up!!Grizzly Flats is located in the El Dorado Forest, just 22 miles from historic Placerville, California. Villa Lanza is surrounded by 3 acres, on a paved road, dotted with cedar, oak, pine and fir trees. Plenty of fresh air. The separate suite is 1000 square feet. Very private. Includes a bathroom with shower and jetted tub, kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven.

Whispering Pines Apartment

The wildflowers in our Sierras are absolutely breathtaking right now! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

Private, secluded Guest Suite with private entrance. A new kitchenette has been added for convenient cooking. Play a game of shuffleboard or sip a glass of wine while sitting by the outdoor fire pit. Our home is nestled under a canopy of conifers next door to the Tahoe National Forest and only a 5 minutes drive to downtown Nevada City.

Unwind in a sparkling clean hot tub under the stars and relax on your own private patio. Hot tub is open year around but Patio and BBQ are not available in winter Dec-Mar due to snow. (Hot tub quiet hrs 10-8 No music in hot tub) This is a cozy, spotless, downstairs retreat (BOTTOM FLOOR OF OUR HOME) with private entrance. Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.

Our guest suite is located one mile from downtown Murphys. You are a 3 min drive or short walk from 30+ wineries, good eats, and beautiful walks! For those looking for adventure drive 8 min to explore Mercer Caverns, 25 min to Big Trees State Park for beautiful hikes, or ski/snowboard 45 min away at Bear Valley Mountain Resort. Enjoy a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay with a modern bathroom, open style space, and all the creature comforts to make your stay a relaxing one!

Sierra Foothills River Retreat

Enjoy a private guest suite on the Mokelumne river with no cleaning fees and a hassle free stay. Fall asleep to the sound of the river. Sit on 1 of 3 decks to enjoy the scenic views and watch the wildlife. Walk in the river, go fishing, pan for gold. The lower deck on the river has a hammock & 2 person swing. There are 2 cooking stations on 2 separate decks. Visit Silver lake, Kirkwood, Big Trees Nat. Park or Lake Tahoe. Go wine tasting, antiquing or hiking.

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

Large Comfy Cottage- Close to Downtown

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance.
