Outside private area Decking with outside seating C/H Kitchen Fully insulated and Double Glazed Towels are not provided but can be purchased for £12 a pack on arrival

It's a beautiful, perfectly located, spacious and peaceful cottage set in the conservation area of Crantock village with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

There is plenty to do on-site including the large swimming pool, a cosy restraunt and bar, play parks, arcade and not to mention the glorious walks from your doorstep. A five minute drive brings you into the fabulous beach town of Perranporth which boast lots of shops, eateries and even a pub on the beach.
