Mysig sekelskifteslägenhet på ca 38 kvm i ett lugnt område i Göteborgs hjärta. 2 minuter från Avenyn, Heden och inom 5-10 minuters promenadavstånd hittar du Ullevi, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium och Liseberg. Ännu närmre än så hittar man en mataffär med stort sortiment och generösa öppettider, Lorensbergsteatern, Konserthuset, populära restauranger och barer samt shopping.

Light one room apartment located in Lunden 10 min from the central by bus/tram. The apartment is located in the nice area Lunden with shops and cafés. The bus stop "Nobelplatsen" or "Redbergsplatsen" will quickly take you anywhere. No wifi or teve but have everything else! I will rent out my apartment when going on vacation. The bed is 140 cm. The apartment is listed on my old adress to keep my reviews. New adress in Lunden is more central.

Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Our place is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to nature and the sea, with Lillebybadet just 5 km away. You reach the center of Gothenburg by bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night, and takes about 25 minutes.
