Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 abgesperrte Räume , die nur vom Eigentümer genutzt werden können .

Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet.
