The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Appartamento molto suggestivo con travi a vista che oltre la posizione invidiabile con la vista sul centro storico si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia cittadina. Appartamento e piccolo ma con i spazi ben organizzati ed e ideale per 4 persone. Volendo ci possono stare 6 persone usufruendo dell divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.

Bell'appartamento molto luminoso , situato in zona centralissima a 100 metri dalla spiaggia. Terrazza abitabile affacciata su una deliziosa piazza incrocio tra due viali pedonali. Parcheggio custodito a richiesta. Di recente l' arredamento è stato rinnovato e si è creata un'ottima insonorizzazione dell'appartamento.
