The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Indoors you can enjoy the stove set in an open plan living area. Please note I live next door and on hand to help if you need; whilst leaving you in peace to enjoy your trip at the same time.

The Snug at The Ski Lodge, Aviemore

The Snug is a newly renovated living space to the rear of The Ski Lodge which was completed on 16th July 2020. It is suitable for set up as double or twin accommodation in a hotel grade bed/s for two people. The Snug has a wet room, its own entrance and outdoor seating area. Please note that there are no kitchen facilities within the rental space. There are, however, a range of takeaway food options, pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

The Green Cottage Aviemore

A detached cottage situated on a corner plot of Lochan Mor development with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an ensuite. Secure garden to the rear. A local supermarket, takeaway's and bike hire are only a short walk from the cottage. The main street with many bars and restaurants is within walking distance. A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.

This one bedroom ground floor Nook has a light living / dining area and fully kitted kitchen with a lovely modern bathroom and a well proportioned bedroom with built in wardrobes. The Nook has a shared drive with private parking situated in a very quiet cul de sac that is literally steps away from a woodland where walking options are plentiful.

Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with kingsize bed, single room with a sofa bed and shower room. We cannot safely accommodate toddlers or very young children under 6yrs. One house trained dog welcomed @ £25 per stay.

Beautifully converted agricultural barn set deep in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Nestled at the foot of Craigowrie mountain the barn has stunning views of the Cairngorms and Spey valley. Amazing walks straight out of the front door and up into the hills. A perfect get away for romantic weekends or nature lovers!
