You’ll love our home because it is newly-renovated, with spectacular views of Mill Pond, and given its tranquil, yet very central location, including a unique ambiance and diversity of locals. Quaint cottage on Cape Cod, perfect for a last minute getaway. Amazing location with the beach, Shining Sea Bike Path, The Knob, and Spohr Gardens all within WALKING DISTANCE! A five minute drive to Falmouth Main Street which offers amazing restaurants and shops. In the other direction, another five minute drive will bring you to the historical seaside village of Woods Hole, home to world renowned scientists, numerous beaches, restaurants, museums, an aquarium and the Martha's Vineyard Ferry.

The entry hall leads to a vaulted open-plan living space with fireplace and kitchen/dining area opening to a peaceful (church bells and birdsong) deck overlooking the Mill Pond. Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and clawfoot tub with shower off the entry hall (two with queen beds (one on tatami mats)/one single) and a sofabed in the living area. An unfinished basement includes a washer/dryer.
