This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Becker 94 is just 400 metes away from One Mile Beach. There are also other surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-15 minute drive. Bowarra is an 85 hectare biodynamic beef farm 12 minutes from Wingham and 30 mins from Taree and Old Bar beach. Bounded by the Manning river and Burrell Creek guests may kayak, fish, swim, walk, picnic and relax. The house offers a peaceful and secluded stay complete with inside fire and outdoor fire pit. You are welcome to interact with us and our cows, pigs, goats, ducks and chickens. Dogs permitted by request. We provide ingredients for hot and cold breakfast along with pantry basics.
