A short walk from the thriving village of Ludham yet set it stunning countryside with off-road walking right from the door; Ludham Hall Cottage is the perfect escape. This two bedroom house is set in truly unique surroundings, both historically and in terms of wildlife. A short walk will take you to the 1,000 year old St Benet's Abbey and you might well see several species of duck, geese, deer and owls. Starlink wifi adds a modern twist!

You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby. NB - 3 showers, bath and 3 toilets are all on the first floor.

Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars. A charcoal barbecue is provided. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.
