It is a quick 25 minutes from Kirksville home of Truman State University & Thousand Hills Lake as well as 10 minutes from Union Ridge Conservation Area. There is plenty of parking for guest, a covered front porch, fiber internet, a fully stocked kitchen & bathroom & an open floor plan.

There is a beautiful pine grove with a picnic area and a fire pit for your use. There is also a massage chair by the electric fireplace where you can relax those aching muscles.

Guests have the entire house to themselves with a full kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, and living room. Includes linens, towels, on-street parking, wifi, and washer/dryer. At the Little House you will be the only ones entering the house and our self check-in makes this a contact-free stay.

Guests have access to 800 acres which includes a combination of native timber, wetlands, grasslands, and streams. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. A small pond and fire pit are located a stone's throw from the front porch. The large porches provide plenty of shade and great views.
