Our small, ground floor, one bedroom flat is situated off the main road in the seaside village of Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute. As a family we have been coming on holiday here all our lives and welcome you to use our holiday home. The island is a really lovely place with plenty to explore and do, the house itself features a double bed and bunk bed to the rear and to the front you have a kitchen/living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. On street parking is never a problem.

Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. Helensburgh has an excellent train service to Glasgow and beyond. Loch Lomond is a short 15 minute drive away.

Our fully equipped flat is part of the upper story of a victorian villa on the western shore of Loch Long. Originally built in 1860 and extended in 1910, the house has fabulous views of the loch. The flat is very well equipped and has everything you need for your stay in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
