Our small apartment is on a 20 acre tree farm at the top of one of the highest hills in florida. We are perfectly situated in the middle of bicyclist heaven with many challenging hills just outside our gated property. Enjoy all Central Florida has to offer within a short drive... Mt. Dora, with its cute shops, Clermont, Choice of Champions training, Disney is less than 45 minutes away and either coast just over 1 hour. Private, just remodeled, and cozy ground floor entrance w/ 2nd floor living.

The Blue Apartment - Country living & lake access.

This small apartment is attached to the garage and surrounded by a white fence and plumbago bushes. The inside is painted in a vibrant blue and a short walk down to the dock will let you enjoy beautiful sunsets. At the lake you can enjoy the dock and a kayak or great fishing. It will take you 45 minutes to drive to the attractions and you are about an hour away from both the west and east coast beaches. This home is perfect for visiting triathletes, fishermen, or mx riders or a small family.

Private Lakefront Get-A-Way

Watch the sunrise every morning over the lake in a natural old Florida style with wildlife and cypress trees. Cozy updated bungalow with comfortable floor plan and split bedrooms. Large screened porch to enjoy the cool nights. Kitchen is well equipped. Queen size beds in each bedroom with extra sheets, blankets and pillows if needed. If you need an extra bed, I can provide a twin pull out. Washer & dryer provided. RV/ boat parking on property. The property is oddly shaped, check it out.

Beautiful lake front home on Lake Louisa. The home sits under towering Cypress trees and is 15 feet from the waters edge. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Louisa in the very large great room. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table, watch cable tv, or walk out onto our private shaded dock where you can fish, swim, enjoy the views, read, play a game of Bimini ring toss, or just relax and unwind. For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow cleaning and disinfecting of the house

This lovely farm cottage can be found in a secluded meadowland under various oaks and pines along a natural cypress dome. Spectacular star lit night skies accompanied by hooting owls, whippoorwills, and fire flies make for an unforgettable camp fire atmosphere. Amenities include an outdoor shower, washer, dryer, barbecue, fire pit, fishing and outdoor wrap around patio. Ponds, canals, and Florida wetland host a variety of birds, mammals, fish and reptiles including the Florida gator.

Escape to the island life (yes, an actual island!) located on the Clermont and Groveland chain of lakes where an endless amount of exploration awaits and you choose your own adventure…kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, fishing!
