The complex has a large pool, shuffle-board, and lots of green space. The beaches of the Gulf are directly across the street. There is a trolley (seasonal) stop right outside the complex . Peg Leg Pete’s and a convenience store are with-in easy walking distance.

If you want a night-out, the Casino Beach and Boardwalk area has more than 10 restaurants and bars and is less than 2 miles away.
