Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

The Private balcony has a direct ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. Plenty of room to sleep 6 to 8 with a pull out sofa bed. All 3 bedrooms have a TV plus a new 4k Roku flat screen in the living room. We have a fully stocked kitchen with grills in the common area.

You may access the waterfront lagoon, make the quick walk to the beach, and make many wonderful memories. The nearest beach access is just a 5-10min paved walk; we also provide 2 bicycles & 3 kayaks for your use! Pet friendly, with a max of 2 pets per stay. Pets must be leashed outdoors and kept in a kennel when unsupervised in the cottage. We also ask that the pet be included at the time of booking the reservation. Guests reserving must be 25 years of age or older and present during stay.
