Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

New built guesthouse, 100m from the beach; biking

Guesthouse on 65square meters. Newly built. 100m to the beach and 5,5km to Båstad (20min bikeride). 10km to vallåsen and kungsbygget for MTB. Enhoy nature (hallandsåsen) or horseback riding on the beach. 3km to train station which in 1h 30min takes you to Malmö and copenhagen or Gothenburg. Take your glas of Wine or coffe and enjoy the amazing evening sunsets or take that morning swim before you take the breakfast in your garden. Bedlinnen and towels included. Car charger for 2,5/kWh

Högt belägen stuga med havsutsikt, Göökboet

En fräsch liten stuga för 2 personer (eller för den lilla familjen med max 2 barn) med en härlig utsikt mot havet, ca 7 km från Falkenbergs centrum och ca 600 meter från stor härlig sandstrand. Också nära till uppskattad skog.Stugan ligger på en liten kulle med ett härligt soldäck utanför och är utrustad som följer: ett rum med fullt utrustat litet pentry, matplats, bäddsoffa och våningssäng och Tv, internetuppkoppling, litet förrådsutrymme för kläder, väskor mm, dusch och toalett.

Halmstads minsta lillstuga, 150 meter från havet!

Stugan är 12,5 m2 x 2 innehållande ett pentry och vardagsrum samt litet WC med dusch (1,1x1,3 m) på bottenplan. I köksdelen finns vask, kylskåp, spishäll, Micro, kaffebryggare samt vattenkokare. På sovloftet, som du /ni når via en smal spiraltrappa finns en dubbelsäng. Obs. låg takhöjd, till nock ca 1.60 cm. Finns tillgång till egen uteplats med grill ( inkl. grillkol) två "brasse-stolar" , parkering för bil alt. cykel. Två cyklar finns även till låns utan extra kostnad.

"Elisabets lägenhet" 40 m till sjön med egen båt

Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.

A nice and cozy accommodation about 200 m from the sea, with access to small kitchen and bathroom, 2 Bedrooms with double beds 180 cm(one with TV connected with apple TV and Chromecast) You and your friends/family are very welcome to enjoy the summer here in Halmstad! (Due to problem with earlier guests, we accpet no reservation for workers, only tourists)
