Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.

The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! We fell in love with this elegant home on a visit to Colgate with our daughter. Built in the 1800s, the home was completely and beautifully renovated in 2019 by the previous owners. It sits on an idyllic street, five minutes walking distance to both Colgate and downtown Hamilton. When we're not in town cheering on Colgate tennis, we hope to continue the tradition of providing a convenient and comfortable space for guests to make memories in Hamilton.
