Dit Commiezen huis (douanekantoor/earlier BORDER/ TAX CONTROL Office )een van de oudste huizen aan de monding van het Noordzeekanaal.Het huis stamt uit 1875 en vormt dus de basis van het latere IJmuiden. Met de grootste zeesluis van de wereld op loopafstand en strand en visserijhaven binnen een straal van 1 km is deze plek een ideaal uitgangspunt voor dagtripjes. Haarlem (15 min.) en Amsterdam (30min) zijn ook makkelijk bereikbaar. OV -bus en trein -zijn aanwezig evenals vrij parkeren.

This beautiful family ship is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, internet and toilet. There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Nature, the sea and industry come together between the marina, the beach and the Kennemermeer in the dunes. The MyHome is a beautifully furnished studio of approximately 60m2, with lots of glass and sunlight. Behind the house you have your own spacious private terrace. This Tiny House welcomes a maximum of four guests, there is one double bed and a sleeping sofa for two people.
