A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. Mulighet for overnatting på sovesofa i stuen for en person (barn under 12 år to personer). Fin uteplass. Leilighet ligger nær t-bane (3 minutter) og gratis gateparkering. T-banen bruker 18 minutter til sentrum. Flere dagligvarebutikker ligger 600m unna. Kort vei til skog og mark, med innsjøer man kan badet i. På vinteren kan man gå på ski og skøyter.

Flotte turmuligheter rundt Østensjøvannet naturreservat som ligger bare 500m unna. 10 min. til sentrum med t-bane.

Dagligvarebutikk (Coop Extra) kun noen minutter å gå, samt Tveita senter én stasjon unna. Romslig og behagelig, med en stor innglasset balkong med fin utsikt. Østmarka er rett i nærheten. Passer perfekt til et par eller venner. OBS! Soverommet har ikke dører, og det er dessverre ikke skapplass tilgjengelig.

Retro in Risløkka

Peaceful property in Risløkka, Oslo. Close to bus lines and metro, and 20 minutes on pushbike to central Oslo. The garden is large and a bit unkempt, sorry, with wild animals, birds and the neighbours' cats. Lots of places to sit, with either sun or shade. Spacious inside too, with interior from the 50's and 60's. And lots of plants! We enjoy our house, hope you will too. Staying a while? Please help us feed the fish and water the plants. :)
