Situated in a very quiet back lane with parking in front of property for one car, ( additional parking available 200 meters down the road.) Cosy lounge with leather sofa and comfy chairs, log burner for cwtching on an evening. Modern kitchen. Downstairs toilet, dining room, garden with seating, two bedrooms, one double and two singles which can be made up to a double if you wish. Bathroom with toilet, bath and separate walk in power shower.

Centrally located just a couple of hundred yards from Brecon town centre and its bustling shops and cafe's, and only a short drive from some of the most beautiful waterfalls and mountain peaks in Wales! The Talgarth Mill House

The Mill House is situated on Talgarth Town Square and is adjacent to Talgarth Mill, a water powered flour mill run by volunteers. Talgarth Mill houses an artisan bakery, a café & a craft shop. Talgarth achieved Gold in Wales in Bloom in 2021 and 2022 and a Gold in Britain in Bloom 2022. The pretty river Enig flows through the centre of town. Its situation is perfect for walking and cycling in the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. Canoeing, sailing and horse-riding activities are nearby.

Close by is Brecon whereby access to the old Brecon and Monmouth canal and the ever popular Brecon Beacons national park are so easily accessible.

Little Pentwyn is in Clyro, a village one mile from Hay-on-Wye. It's an annex on our home and close to other houses but still a quiet area. Cosy accommodation for two or four (with sofa bed). Open plan living area, fitted kitchen, bathroom comprises of bath with shower over. Large deck with sofa and dining area. Central heated, wifi and ample free private parking. Local walks from the property or a short drive away. I have a 2 bedroom flat (Pentwyn Barn) available to book via Airbnb.

Out & About You can hop on the bus, situated on the village green. Dorstone has a pub serving delicious food located in the village walking distance. Hay-on-wye, the book capital of UK and a must-see little town with cafes, pubs and independent shops also Hay castle a must see.

Beautiful Barn conversion near the base of Mynydd Troed (Foot Mountain) in Brecon Beacons National Park. 1.5 miles to Llangorse lake, 10 miles to Hay-on-Wye. Enter through the oak framed porch into the large open plan leaving area with a well equipped kitchen, and comfy lounge area with wood burning stove and large tv. There is also a downstairs wet room and conservatory. Upstairs there are 2 good sized double rooms, bathroom and balcony.

Found in a rural castle village on the edge of the Brecon Beacons with doorstep footpaths and the great outdoors. We launder our cotton sheets, clean and maintain the holiday home ourselves, taking time to make it somewhere we are totally satisfied to host our Airbnb guests in.
