The efficiency style tiny house was originally a site-built salon, now renovated for extended or short term stays. The Little Flat features one queen bed, a kitchenette, seating, dressing area and bath w/shower. On the rural, west side of campus, the gravel parking lot has plenty of safe space for an RV or truck/trailer. Cute and cozy! Y'all come!

Conveniently located 20 miles from Paris Landing on beautiful Kentucky Lake, 5 miles from Paris TN and 14 miles to Murray KY. Property is a recently remodeled conventional cypress log home, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and sleeps 7, bdrm 1 - king bed and a single sofa bed,(suitable for a child) bdrm 2 - double bed and a set of bunks, crib available. Utility room with washer/dryer. Kitchen well stocked with variety of cookware and utensils. Large porch with gas grill--please clean grill after using

This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room with a kitchenette only, a large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a 40 pet fee.

With lake access off the Duck House dock, extra parking for boats as well as a charging outlet, and abundant wildlife including ducks and eagles, fisherman and outdoor lovers will feel right at home. We also have a coffee bar, outdoor television, large refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and so much more!

It’s big enough to offer options for entertainment and dining but small enough to offer plenty of Southern hospitality.

We are located close to historic downtown Paris but secluded enough to have your privacy. Whether you are here to enjoy The Worlds Biggest Fish Fry, our beautiful Kentucky Lake, visiting family or just looking to get away we encourage you to relax and enjoy your stay.
