Cozy White Mountain Getaway - Walk to PSU

Private sitting room, bedroom and full bath, separated from main house. 5-minute walk to Plymouth State University. Close to Waterville Valley, Loon, and other ski resorts. Also close to lakes and hiking trails. Bedroom has a king size bed and reclining chair. Sitting room has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath. The Back 80 Yurt

Is a spacious 24 foot Yurt next to Mt Cardigan state park. From the Yurt you can hike ,snow shoe or backcountry ski on miles of well marked AMC trails , as well as climb Firescrew and Mt Cardigan. This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost

Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats, donkeys, and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided.
