The large panoramic front window lets you enjoy nature right from the bed: stunning sunrises, Northern Lights and views of the river, mountains and volcano Hekla. The house has a modern and well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. !!Starting mid-June, a brand-new Jacuzzi with massage function and lighting will offer even more comfort!!

Urriðafoss Waterfall Lodge 1

Urriðafoss Apartments is located in amazing nature, at the front of the waterfall Urriðafoss, that is located in the River Þjórsá in Southwest Iceland. The house was built 2018 and has a big windows so our guests can enjoy the view. The house is surrounded by beautiful wildlife at the summer time and the northern lights at the winter time. Urriðafoss Apartments is fully equipped with wifi, TV, combo washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, fridge, all necessary kitchen tools and hot tub.

The location gives opportunities to visit South Iceland such as Thorsmork and ferry to Vestmann islands.

My house is close to all scenery and attractions our beautiful island offers. The Shed is perfect for families or two couples travelling together. It is a great base for travelling around the south of Iceland with a selection of self-drive tours you can do e.g. the Golden Circle, The South Coast, Þjórsárvalley, etc. There are also many tour companies operating in this area.
