Completely renovated cottage located in the heart of Lancaster County, minutes from Nook Sports and the new Penn State Hospital. It offers a 1st floor bedrm,full bath w/shower in tub , LR w/ gas fireplace,kitchen, laundry, dining area which opens onto a secluded patio, water feature,and perennial flower gardens. This perfect rustic setting is conveniently close to shopping and major highways (US 30 and Interstate 83). Come to disconnect and enjoy the wildlife, or just for a quick lay-over in a quiet space.

Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property!
