Studio 'A' - Small Gem On The Busy Road

Welcome to our well located small and modern studio between Perth City and the beach! A great starting point with 5min walk to Glendalough train station which gets you to bars and restaurants in Leederville in 5min and Perth city in 10min. The home is on a high traffic road (that can get a bit noisy) but the convenience and parks for cycling and walks make up for it. Shopping (IGA), Subway, Pizza, Pharmacy, Bottle Shop, Massage & Petrol Station are in walking distance 600m down Harborne Street.

The studio is close to public transport, a short walk from shops, cafes and nightlife. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Set amongst a beautiful native treescape is this self-contained, freshly renovated one bedroom guesthouse. The ideal space to unwind and relax or to use as a restful base between adventures, everything you could need is right at your fingertips. Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.
