Huset ligger ytterst i Goksøyra med lett tilgang til fjell og fjære. Kun 30 min. å gå til Fuglefjellet. Det er nylig forsiktig pusset opp innnvendig. Badet er helt nytt. Det er lagt ut med 6 soveplasser, men passer kanskje best for 4 personer(2 dobbeltrom). Det tredje soverommet har 2 enkeltsenger. Skjermet uteplass og egen hage.
