Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront. The Mews is a self-catering, detached 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, close to, but separate from the main house. The Mews takes a max of 4 people (in 3 beds), with its own entrance, free parking for up to 3 cars, its own private summerhouse (with heating, lighting and power), and the private use of a section of a courtyard with outside seating. We are 1 mile from M5 Junc21; but 5 miles to Weston-super-Mare beach, and 10 miles to Bristol airport. Check-in is after 3pm; check-out by 10am.

The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Grange

Our self contained apartment is on the first floor of our 500 year old farm house. Although the farm is in the country side we are within 2 miles of junction 21 on the M5. Weston-Super-Mare is 5 miles away, Bristol 15 miles and Bath 20 miles. The Mendips is near by offering stunning walks, as well as Cheddar gorge and Wells with a variety of walks and tourist attractions. The apartment is surrounded by green areas please ask for directions if you would like the use of a green space.

Woodside - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning addition to our home with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Christmas Cabin - River View 10 mins from Bath

We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Pop your feet up with a glass of wine while the log burner crackles in the background.
