We are a private fully self contained 1 BR / 1 BA with an attached Deck with 180 degree view, Spa, BBQ, grassy area, fully equipped kitchen, Cushy King Size Bed, Queen Size Sleeper with memory foam and Other Sleeping Options as well. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are close to many amenities such as Legoland, SD Animal Park, Wave Waterpark, beaches and much more. We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area.

1 Bedroom, 1 block to the bay, 6 blocks to the waves, walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and shopping.
