A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Located in downtown Holland, in view of the Tulip parade, this adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed. and Sat. and begins 8th Street where life bustles with outstanding shops and pubs. A 600 acre park with paved running/biking/cross country ski and mountain biking trails is located across the street.
