The Tiny House is a separate guest quarters attached to the main house by only a breezeway. It has its own private entrance, covered lanai, and private yard. Everything you need for an amazing stay is included--- all cooking amenities, beach towels and chairs. The main house has a solar heated pool which is available for Tiny House guests, and a large deck with magnificant ocean and sunset views. Ocean Views - Modern Farmhouse Kona Coffee Retreat

Escape to our family-friendly 3.5-acre Kona Coffee Farm, nestled in the mountains minutes from beaches, 15 min to Kailua-Kona, and 5 min to Captain Cook. The 3BR, 2BA modern farmhouse includes a spacious lanai, perfect for family meals, morning coffee, and stargazing. Loft Adventure Cottage, Mountain & Jungle Vibes

Mountain retreat "Tiny-home" cottage with loft, attached to the main house but entirely private. Complete with Air Conditioning! This is a peaceful escape from the hustle & bustle of town, surrounded by nature- 15 minutes from the center of Kona. You must be able to climb a ladder up to the loft bed. We have fresh eggs from our hens and seasonal Avos, Lemons, Papaya, Lychee, Mamaki Tea, Pineapple, etc. Great for a solo-traveler or couple to call "home-base" while exploring the Big Island.

Carson's Kaloko Mountain Cabin

This rustic and cozy cabin sits on our 5 acre parcel in the cloud forest above Kona town on the Big Island, called Kaloko Mauka. It has it's own private little corner of the property, complete with secluded hot tub, yard and large lanai perfect for the bbq! One king bed in the studio, best for 2-3 adults. Loft can suit a child or two 8 years and older or another adult. There is a fold out futon with extra bedding and pillows. Loft railing is not completely protected for children under 8.

Coffee Farm Retreat

咖啡庄园 Five acre coffee farm, elevation 1500', about one mile up mountain from Highway 11 south Kona. The road is all weather, paved in some places, a little bumpy, worth the 5 min ride. This is Hawaii farm country, not your suburban street with lights and sidewalks. 100 people will visit, 99 love it, one person will complain about the road. Not for everyone. The best views in Kona, quiet, plenty of room. Out of the way, but not isolated. Two bed rooms and a private loft with views.

The kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, coffee press, tea/coffee, mini fridge along with utensils, plates, pans, etc.

Close to Holualoa Village, Kailua-Kona town, the ocean and beaches, airport, shopping and restaurants. Holualoa offers peaceful, country living at a cool elevation.
