Tea and coffee facilities, as well element and microwave for self-catering. Day bed can sleep an extra person if needed (inquire with owner). Laundry service also available for small fee. The space is not suitable for children / infants so please refrain from asking for exceptions, safety and comfort is of very high importance to the owner.

Karaka Studio on Manuka Island Nelson/Tasman

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

Inspired by the tiny house movement, this cottage packs a big punch. Constructed with native timbers, Plum Cottage integrates beautifully with the landscape. The cottage is nestled on our back hill amongst the plum trees and gardens. Feel free to pick some tomatoes or a juicy plum! Summer sunsets are lovely! Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min.) -or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away. Bus stop is 13m walk.

The Lookout

Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.
