Rose Cottage is a 150 year old Grade II listed property, located within the Durham City conservation area. It is ideally situated for guests to enjoy the many attractions of this historic city, including the Unesco World Heritage site of Durham Cathedral and Castle, Durham University Museums and Gardens, riverside walks and an abundance of eateries. Rose cottage offers guests stylish, comfortable accommodation with quality furnishings, a small furnished courtyard and complimentary guest parking.

The Crescent (No 7) Witton Gilbert

The Crescent is a modern semi-detached home with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, situated in the peaceful village of Witton Gilbert The property is a short distance from Durham of which possesses lovely restaurants and a buzzing night life. The city also displays UNESCO World Heritage Castle and Cathedral and the prestigious Durham University Additionally, the local village dene and nearby walking routes together with the wider countryside and coastline (short drive) boast the beauty of nature

This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Seaside cottage stunning village

Located in a beautiful fishing village, just a few minute walk to a stunning coastline and beaches, the village has great restaurants, cafe, Blues micro pub and a friendly pub ‘the jolly sailor’. 5 minute walk to Latimers fish restaurant, then further along the road is seaburn with plenty bars and restaurants, a stunning beach. There is buses from the village to Sunderland and South Shields. Why not walk along the stunning coastal path to South Shields or over cleadon hills with stunning views.

Holly House is a Victorian terraced house, situated just off Durham Road in Birtley and is close to all local amenities. If you're looking for a rural idyll, then we're definitely not for you. The property has 3 bedrooms and a desk space with free & fast broadband, so is great for business travellers and for those spending time visiting family and friends in the area. Located just 7 miles from Newcastle and 7 miles from Durham we are very central with good road and public transport links.

Cosy open plan kitchen and living area. Well–equipped kitchen contains a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine with freezer in porch. Lounge has two comfortable sofas,(one converts into a double bed). Sky TV, DVD player and fibre optic broadband. Two first floor bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin with full size bunk beds). Each room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Modern bathroom has a shower over a full size bath. Gas central heating throughout. Bedding/towels included.

Traditional terraced house in former mining village about twenty minutes drive from Durham, Sunderland and Hartlepool. In quiet area only metres from the National Cycle track. Fully furnished, bath, shower over, 2 double bedrooms upstairs, one king size bed, other has 2 singles. Large double sofa bed in lounge. Folding bed for 7th guest and travel cot (on request). Modern kitchen. Parking at door. Please note TV has no HDMI port and is secured to the wall, not possible to plug in devices

To the East we have the coastal town of Seaham Harbour, to the West we have Beamish Museum, County Durham and Northumberland

ST Georges Seaview is a new property that has recently became available as a holiday home/ serviced accommodation. The property consists of Sitting room with sofa bed, ground floor bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, utility area, and shower room with toilet and washbasin, 3 no first floor bedrooms one with an ensuite and also another shower room. There is also access to a large roof garden accessible from both the ground floor and first floor

Built in 1780, this thick -walled cosy cottage has historic charm with modern comforts. South facing with stone walled garden, from which you can survey a spectacular view 20 miles deep and 35 miles wide over the Tyne valley. The cottage is at 700 feet above sea level and you feel you are on the roof of England. It is situated in a quiet rural location 2 miles from both Hexham and Corbridge and half an hour from Newcastle.
