A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. A home away from home we offer comfort. (It is not a modern build, as it is one of the first houses built in Gowrie Village) Kindly note, there are 2 outdoor cats on the property that are only around for food. They won't bother guests Enjoy!

Cedarwood has a spacious verandah with BBQ facilities, guests have use of the pool, tennis court & a small dam for fishing. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cosy well appointed cottage is set in a beautiful well established garden. We are close to top Midlands schools, Hilton, Howick and the N3. Each bedroom has a wall mounted heater and there is a log burning fireplace in the lounge. The kitchen had a toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, air fryer and 4 place gas stove with electric oven. The property is off grid with solar power and a backup generator and borehole water.
