The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Fisher Dairy Cottage

Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation capable of sleeping up to 6 people and is surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden and farmland.  Our Hot Tub Leisure facility is available to book at an extra charge. Farm-View Retreat provides an open plan ground floor comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and bathroom area together with a convertible sofa bed. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away. The Lookout is a 2 bedroom apartment at first floor level at the rear of the garden with a balcony overlooking fields with a view to the South Downs and Goodwood. The apartment is completely private with the owners living in separate cottages accessed by a common drive to both buildings. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated-in this stylishly renovated apartment close to Chichester

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
