Beachfront Oasis

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

400Sq ft Tiny Guest House in HB with easy freeway access. Located close to LAX, SNA, and LGB Airports. Located less than 7 miles to the beach, 15 miles to Disneyland; 9 miles to Knotts Berry Farm; and less than 3 miles to Bella Terra Shopping Center with access to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. After exploring the area come back and relax in your own comfortable private retreat. Convenient street parking is always available right in front of the property. There is a $50 fee for Pets.

The cottage is right in the heart of Downtown Huntington Beach, also known as Surf City USA. From here you walk out the gate, go just a few steps & you're on Main Street. Walk down Main Street a few short blocks with dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping and other great attractions & you will be at PCH. You head down the stairs, across the sand & you are in the Pacific Ocean. So close to everything, but once at the cottage it's like your own private, peaceful oasis. Cool Ocean Breezes Daily!

This private Cozy beach Cottage is, 1 mile to downtown HB. Secured in a spacious & quiet setting. Plenty of back yard shaded out door lounging space. Super clean, nicely decorated, 240 square feet, 3 rooms. Cottage has kitchen, bedroom & bathroom. Cable TV & WIFI. Bedroom can be separated by pocket door to give privacy from bathroom & kitchen. Age limit 26 & up. NO PARTYING/NO DRUGS NO SMOKING ANYTHING ANYWHERE ON MY PROPERTY/SMOKERS DON'T BOOK. No Pets, I have Asthma & severe allergies.

Conveniently 5-10 Min walk to Pacific City Shopping Center, Pacific Coast Highway, on the sand, Downtown Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .
