Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με δυνατότητα μετατροπής του καναπέ σε διπλό κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό και δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε λιγότερο απο 1 λεπτό. Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 100m από το σπίτι. Ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ.

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Su patio privado se extiende literalmente hasta la playa. Ideal para familias que buscan una estancia agradable y tranquila, pero también para parejas que buscan unas vacaciones sin estrés. La vista del lado este del Mar Egeo con las islas opuestas, Furni, es única.
